Welcome to the United Civil Emergency Services Agency.   I hope you find your visit informative, helpful and easy to navigate.

It is with great passion, dedication and honor that I take the lead role, along with my command staff in guiding the men and women of The United Civil Emergency Services Agency to a level of service and professionalism that exceeds the status quo.  Humble beginnings in 2001 as a REACT International chartered team began to spawn a passion for higher standards, better training, more opportunities and new relationships.  Through all of this our agency grew and became a beacon of pride and an organization that can be relied on to execute our mission.

It is my goal and intent to reorganize, recruit and rekindle our relationships and rolls with our old friends and to forge new relationships with those that require our services.  Allowing the new United Civil Emergency Services Agency to continue its trajectory in making a difference to the many agencies and organizations that we've assisted and served in the past.

Those of you that are learning about The United Civil Emergency Services Agency for the first time please continue to explore this website and check back often as the content of this site is ongoing and always evolving.  Those of you that have a similar passion and drive when it comes to our mission please consider being a part of this organization by filling out the recruitment form found under the Recruitment tab of this website.

In closing, this organization exists to facilitate the need for assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations.  From a search for a missing child to providing coordination and communications for public events to assisting local or state government in a crisis, UCESA is here to help.  We hope some day that we may be able to assist you too in the multiple roles we play in our field.

Sincerely,

Chief  Director
